  • Devised a user manual for ETO and trained staff on the key features by providing a live demo of the application.

  • Developed a proposal to administer a survey conducted by the City of Toronto that assessed the needs of people experiencing homelessness which included: purpose, materials, timeline, and setbacks.
  • Created an E-learning module using Articulate Storyline 360 to debunk myths and educate clients about COVID-19 using information and statistics collected from CDC and the Government of Canada website.
  • Provided racialized, indigenous, and newcomer women with emotional support and professional assistance with subsidized housing, social assistance, and legal aid.
